Contracts Division
Our Contracts Division provides the principle activity of the company, offering a very high standard of domestic heating & plumbing installations to the new build housing industry. Employed by the most of the leading private house builders and developers, we cover some 50 mile radius around Northampton.
In keeping with the current developments within the heating and plumbing industry, our work has expanded to include solar installation, air and ground source heating systems and also have experience in rain water harvesting systems.
Our workforce predominately consists of direct employees with a small number of heating, electrical and specialist sub-contractors being utilized from time to time. We feel that this pool of experienced engineers gives us flexibility to accommodate our customers’ varying levels of requirement thereby allowing the company to cope with large housing developments, of 150 dwellings or more, whilst at the same time being able to cater for small infill estates or even individual properties.
